Cancellation + No Show Policy Here at Arcadia Skin Studio I give my all to ensure the absolute best possible experience for all of my guests. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for everyone’s time, please review my policies below: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances arise. If you encounter an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you and waive fees when necessary. These policies are in place to maintain respect for both your time and mine. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will require you to pay a 30% fee of the scheduled service. If last minute cancellations happen more than 3 times, Arcadia Skin Studio has the right to not schedule you for future appointments. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost and may be required to pay for the service in advance if allowed to book again. If the card on file does work, an invoice will be sent out for payment. Arriving Late: Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in cancellation of your appointment if more then 15 minutes late. If tardiness happens 3 times, Arcadia Skin Studio has the right to not schedule you for future appointments. Card on File: A card on file is required to book an appointment. If your card is removed, you will need to re-add it to your account, or your appointment will be canceled. If payment fails, the fee must be settled via invoice before rescheduling. *Arcadia Skin Studio has the right to refuse service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
